| Just asking to be taken off-road This R/C model assembly kit recreates the charismatic and powerful form of a 1980s 4WD pick-up truck, with great attention to detail. It features a realistic polycarbonate body with added metal-plated parts for fog lamps, grille guard and roll bar to give a grizzled and tough-looking finish. The shaft-driven 4WD CC-01 chassis is perfect for off-road driving, particularly when combined with the tread-pattern tires which are mounted on the model's flat-finish wheels. |
| The All-Terrain CC-01 Chassis The highly reliable and efficient full-time 4WD system features a midship motor, which transmits power to the front wheels via the gearbox and to the rear wheels via propeller shaft. Front and rear differentials enable smooth cornering, and for even greater off-road performance on rough terrain, the rear differential may be locked during assembly. The chassis suspension employs double-wishbone front upper I-arms and lower H-arms plus rear rigid suspension. With four CVA dampers in total fitted to the front and rear, there's enough cushion to take on even the roughest surfaces! |
