This 1/14 RC model assembly kit recreates the limited edition Volvo FH16 Tow Truck.
Based on the FH Series introduced in 2012, the model depicts the 750hp FH16 Globetrotter 750 8x4 tow truck with a highly realistic cab and body, including a photo etched front grille, detailed interior and opening doors. A front mounted TR Mighty Tuned motor drives the two rear axles through a three speed transmission with transmitter controlled gear changes, allowing the model to tow 1/14 scale R/C tractor trucks. The detailed towing mechanism features metal components, with manually operated winch boom, under lift and outriggers. Optional accessories include an electric actuator set for R/C controlled lifting functions and the Tamiya MFC 03 unit, which adds realistic lights, engine sounds, vibration and other operational effects.
